All products are sold in bulk with applicable minimum order quantities (MOQs). Custom or special orders are accepted upon agreement and may require additional lead time. Product details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are wholesale prices and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment unless credit terms are pre-approved in writing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We provide domestic and international shipping through verified logistics providers. Delivery timelines depend on order volume and destination. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in their country.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for manufacturing defects or damage during transit, reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns for customized or made-to-order products are not accepted unless the item is defective. Refunds for approved cases will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
